All content available on this platform, including but not limited to live and recorded dirt track racing events, qualifying sessions, heat races, feature races, replays, highlights, audio commentary, timing and scoring data, statistics, graphics, photographs, logos, trademarks, text, software, and user interfaces (collectively, the “Content”), is owned by or licensed to TheThrill.tv.
The Content is provided under license from participating racetracks, sanctioning bodies, series, teams, drivers, event promoters, photographers, broadcasters, and other rights holders. All Content is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
2. Limited License to View Content
Subject to payment of applicable fees and compliance with these Terms, TheThrill.tv grants users a limited, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable, non‑sublicensable, revocable license to access and view the Content solely for personal, non‑commercial viewing purposes.
No ownership rights are transferred. All rights not expressly granted are reserved by TheThrill.tv and the applicable rights holders.
3. Pay‑Per‑View (PPV) Access
Pay‑per‑view purchases provide access only to the specific event(s) identified at the time of purchase and only for the applicable live broadcast and any expressly stated replay window.
PPV access does not include the right to download, record, copy, reproduce, rebroadcast, livestream, distribute, publicly perform, or otherwise exploit the Content in any form.
4. Subscription Access
Subscription plans provide access to eligible live and on‑demand Content made available during an active subscription period. Availability of specific events, racetracks, series, or features may change at any time due to licensing restrictions, scheduling changes, or rights holder requirements.
TheThrill.tv does not guarantee the availability of any particular Content for any minimum period unless expressly stated.
5. Prohibited Uses (Anti‑Recording & Anti‑Piracy)
The following activities are strictly prohibited without prior written authorization from TheThrill.tv or the applicable rights holder:
Recording or capturing live or on‑demand streams by any means, including screen recording software, mobile devices, or external equipment
Rebroadcasting, simulcasting, livestreaming, or redistributing Content
Posting or sharing clips, race footage, or streams on social media, video‑sharing platforms, or third‑party websites
Modifying, selling, licensing, or commercially exploiting any Content
Unauthorized use may result in immediate termination of access without refund.
6. Account Use & Commercial Restrictions
Access to PPV and subscription Content is limited to the individual account holder. Account sharing, credential sharing, or concurrent use beyond permitted limits is prohibited.
Use of the platform in commercial venues or public settings, including bars, restaurants, watch parties, theaters, or events—is prohibited without a separate commercial license issued by TheThrill.tv.
7. Enforcement & Termination
TheThrill.tv reserves the right to monitor usage, apply content protection technologies, and investigate violations. Any violation of this Policy or the platform’s Terms of Service may result in immediate suspension or termination of access without notice and without refund, including forfeiture of PPV purchases or remaining subscription time.
TheThrill.tv may pursue legal remedies and cooperate with rights holders and law enforcement where appropriate.
8. Live Event Disclaimer
Live sporting events are subject to weather, technical issues, scheduling changes, track decisions, and other factors beyond the control of TheThrill.tv. Continuous, uninterrupted, or error‑free streaming is not guaranteed.
9. Trademarks & Rights Holder Acknowledgment
All names, logos, car designs, numbers, series marks, track names, and trademarks appearing in the Content are the property of their respective owners and are used under license or with permission.
10. DMCA Takedown Procedure
TheThrill.tv respects the intellectual property rights of others and complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (“DMCA”).
If you believe that your copyrighted work has been used on the platform in a manner that constitutes copyright infringement, please submit a written DMCA notice that includes:
A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner
Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed
Identification of the allegedly infringing material and information sufficient to locate it
Your name, address, telephone number, and email address

13. Repeat Infringer Policy
In accordance with the DMCA and applicable law, TheThrill.tv has adopted a policy of terminating accounts of users who are repeat infringers or who otherwise violate intellectual property rights.
14. No Circumvention of Platform Protections
Users may not attempt to circumvent, disable, bypass, or otherwise interfere with any security features, paywalls, geo-restrictions, digital rights management systems, or access controls implemented by TheThrill.tv. This includes, but is not limited to, the use of VPNs, proxies, shared credentials, unauthorized access methods, or any technology designed to avoid payment or access restrictions.
15. No Ownership of Content
Purchase of pay-per-view access or subscription access does not grant users any ownership interest in the Content. All Content remains the exclusive property of TheThrill.tv and its licensors. Users are granted only a limited, revocable license to access and view the Content as outlined in this Policy.
16. Refund Policy
All purchases, including pay-per-view events and subscription fees, are final and non-refundable except where required by applicable law. TheThrill.tv does not guarantee uninterrupted access to live or on-demand Content, and technical issues, event delays, or interruptions do not entitle users to refunds or credits.
17. Replay & Availability Disclaimer
Access to replays, highlights, and archived Content is limited and subject to change. Unless a specific viewing window is expressly stated at the time of purchase, TheThrill.tv reserves the right to remove or restrict access to any Content at any time without notice due to licensing, rights restrictions, or other business considerations.
18. Anti-Piracy & Content Protection Measures
TheThrill.tv may implement and utilize content protection technologies, including but not limited to digital watermarking, fingerprinting, monitoring systems, and tracking mechanisms, to detect unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of Content. Users acknowledge and consent to such measures as a condition of accessing the platform.
19. Third-Party Enforcement
TheThrill.tv reserves the right to enforce its intellectual property rights across third-party platforms, including but not limited to social media networks, video-sharing platforms, and websites. This includes issuing takedown notices, copyright claims, and other enforcement actions against unauthorized use of Content.
20. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless TheThrill.tv, its affiliates, licensors, content partners, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to:
your use or misuse of the platform,
your violation of this Policy,
your infringement of any intellectual property or other rights of any third party.
21. Repeat Infringer Enforcement
In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act and other applicable laws, TheThrill.tv maintains a policy for terminating users who are deemed repeat infringers. TheThrill.tv reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to suspend or terminate accounts for any infringement or suspected infringement, including upon a single violation, without notice and without refund.
22. DMCA Agent Registration Notice
TheThrill.tv has designated a DMCA Copyright Agent to receive notifications of claimed infringement. This designated agent is registered with the United States Copyright Office in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act.
