This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, or any social platform.

Entries received outside this period are void.
Open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years or older at time of entry.
Void where prohibited by law.
Employees, contractors, immediate family members of Sponsor, Vic Hill, Vic Hill Race Engines, and affiliated promotional partners are not eligible.
NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.
You receive one (1) entry if during the Promotion Period you:
• Hold an active 6-Month Thrill Pass
• Hold an active 12-Month Thrill Pass
• Hold the Week-Long PPV Bundle for The Gauntlet at The Gap at Volunteer Speedway
Limit one entry per person regardless of method of entry.
If a qualifying subscription or bundle is refunded, reversed, disputed, charged back, or canceled before the drawing date, the entry becomes void.
To enter without holding a subscription or PPV bundle, mail a handwritten 3x5 card including:

Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, illegible, or postage-due mail.

Engine specifications determined solely by Vic Hill Race Engines.
Prize does not include:
• Installation
• Shipping or freight unless explicitly stated
• Compatibility modifications
• Ancillary parts
Prize is non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash.
Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prize of equal or greater value if necessary.
Winner will be selected via random drawing within fourteen (14) days following the end of the Promotion Period.
Odds depend on total number of eligible entries received.
Winner must respond within seven (7) days of notification or an alternate winner may be selected.
If prize value exceeds $600, winner must complete IRS Form W-9. Sponsor will issue Form 1099-MISC.
Winner is solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes.
By accepting prize, winner grants Sponsor the right to use winner’s name, likeness, city, and state for promotional purposes without additional compensation unless prohibited by law.
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failure, or other factors impair integrity.
By entering, participants release Sponsor, Vic Hill, Vic Hill Race Engines, Volunteer Speedway, and affiliated partners from liability arising from participation or prize use.
Governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee.
